Thanks for choosing Zenatech Clearance. We sell refurbished, surplus brand new, ex-display that are covered with 14 days of guarantee only, provided by Zenatech not the Manufacturer. We also wholesale stock at discounted prices but with no guarantee or refund option with previous acceptance of the buyer (the inspection of the stock is available by appointment when requested by the buyer by calling our customer service phone number 0871 789 6000). We try to deliver to our customers value for money but occasionally our items might have some minor scratches, dust or some cosmetic abnormality. The retail customers (not wholesale) are covered Under the Consumer Protection on Distance Selling Regulations 2000 we will refund an item if the buyer changes their mind within 7 days ("cooling off" period) of the day on which the item was delivered and get their money back including the original postage and packaging charges. However, the customer will be liable for Collection Charges Costs for returning an item will be £14.99 England & Wales and £19.99 for Scotland (excluding envelop items, customers agree to ship back to our address in High Wycombe these items at their own expense). We have 14 days guarantee only for our retail items: new, refurbished or ex-display and an item can only be returned if it is fault and only with original package sent with accessories and packed safely as the Customer will be liable if the item gets damaged on transport back to Zenatech. Please do not send the item, inform us approx. date and time and we will collect the item. Items collected in our premises and wholesale stock are excluded from the Distance Selling conditions and are sold as seen. The customer will automatically invalidate the guarantee if the case of the electric, non-electric or electronic or any other equipment is opened. We do not authorize anyone to perform repairs or inspections on our items during the guarantee period. If you received your item by delivery you need our authorization to open the equipment, by opening it without a written authorization it will result on automatic invalidation of your item guarantee. If you send the item yourself you will be liable for postage charges. No batteries are included on remotes. Zenatech might replace original remotes for generic remotes when necessary on our items. We do not sell outside of UK Mainland in Wales, England and Scotland. Excluding any Island outside the mainland in these three countries. ONLY PURCHASE IF YOU ACCEPT OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS.
